Our Limerick camps will be held at Shannon Rowing Club in Annacotty.  \nRowing is a fantastic sport for so many reasons: It takes a totally different skill set than land-based sports\, there’s a different team dynamic\, you’re out in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings\, and you can’t even learn it until you’re in your early teens. So you’ll be on the water with other total beginners\, just like you! \nThese on-the-water rowing camps are designed to introduce young people to all aspects of the sport\, both on the water and off.  Our camp incorporates the innovative Olympic Values Education course developed by World Rowing and Youth Sports Trust International. And they’re tons of fun.

DESCRIPTION:Castleconnell Boat Club will be holding their annual Sprint Regatta on the weekend of the 17th and 18th of May and it is going to be a fantastic weekend of rowing. Over 1\,000 rowers and 1\,500 spectators will take part in the event. The public are welcome to come and watch some of the best rowers in the country race each other for a coveted CCBC Sprints medal. There is an onsite shop with hot food and drinks available. Entry is free.
